While working here at VRPlayin, I get to see a lot of customers come in and out of the space playing every game we have over and over again. There are certain times when returning customers will come in and want something new, and usually, we do have something in store for them. But this week I want to talk about some of the biggest game updates in the past two weeks to bring you coming back for more!
Arizona Sunshine
If it’s been a month or two since you’ve come in well we’ve got 2 big updates for you! You’ve probably heard of a little game called Arizona Sunshine, in which you try to survive the zombie apocalypse with a partner or three and blast those zombies back where they came from. What you may not have heard is they’ve added another story! Yep! In Dead Man DLC you get to try and stop the whole zombie apocalypse from happening in the first place! If you’ve run through Arizona Sunshine before, then come on back and let’s get you suited up to stop the outbreak!
If you found Arizona difficult or you’re brand new to it, well our second update for you is the fact that they’ve released a huge Arcade update which solves a lot of the fuss about connecting games and the reloading. If you are familiar with Arizona, then here’s what’s different: The reloading is just a one-tap thumbpad click now, and the main trailer is completely overhauled for an easier-to-read 3 panel interface. Come try it out and let us know what you think!
Rec Room
Ever heard of a game that involves forts and nighttime? Well, children rejoice do we have something for you! Rec Room has just added their battle-royale style game mode called Rec Royale. Fight it out with 16 players in a Free-For-All to be the only one remaining! With it’s large forest map you may not even see someone until the end of the game, or until it’s too late. Search for loot, weapons and make your way to the centre of map before the swarm catches up with you. With quick 10 minute games it’s fun for everyone and you are sure to get your heart rate up in this one!
Run of Mydan
This game here is always a blast no matter how many people you get into it with. Four, six, ten, no matter! The levels in multiplayer are all built vertically to make sure you’re all close to shoot each other all the time. But what if you’re only two players and want to work together? Well the new Co-Op campaign mode is there to satisfy that craving. Fight through different levels with your friend, taking on different challenges along the way. Use your myriad of weapons to blast, spear or shoot through the monsters and get safely to the end of the levels. From start to finish, Run of Mydan’s gorgeous world and gameplay will keep you coming back for sure!
Go into Virtual Reality with friends and battle it out in the exciting new game modes now available!
